Fat Cat Hearts is a curious version of the classic card game. 'Hearts' is a four-player game (you will have the choice of playing against the computer, with your friends, or over the Internet). The aim of the game is to collect the least number of cards.
Each player is dealt 13 cards. At the beginning of the game you need to pass three cards on to another player. You will also receive three cards from one of the players. The game will start after that. One of the players plays a card from his hand. All other players should do the same, minding several points. First of all, they are supposed to play cards of the same suit (spade, hearts, etc) as the first card. If you do not have the played suit, you can play any card you like. The point is to throw a card of less value than any of those on the table. Otherwise, you take the whole deal.
The rules are provided with the game, and they are quite easy to understand. In general, the game suits players of all ages (it even features customizable difficulty levels, one of which is only available in the registered version of the game). Graphic-wise, the game is set in a 3D environment - which could be good news if not for the numerous glitches, awry text boxes, weird choice of colors, and other similar drawbacks. Still, the game's worth a try.
